High On Love Retreat Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all participants (“You”, “Participant”) attending any High on Love Retreat (“Retreat”) organized and facilitated by Jessica Linde and Robin Erkel (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By registering and attending the Retreat, you agree to the following:

 

1. Booking and Payment

  •  A deposit (non-refundable unless otherwise specified) or full payment is required to reserve your spot.
  •  The full retreat balance must be paid by the due date provided in your confirmation or invoice. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the loss of your spot and deposit.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  •  Cancellations by You: All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to illness, emergencies, travel delays, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  •  Travel Insurance: We strongly advise you to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, retreat cancellations, trip interruptions, lost or stolen belongings, and any other unexpected incidents.
  •  If something happens that could have been covered by your insurance, we do not provide any refunds.
  •  Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat, you will be offered either a 75% refund or the option to transfer your spot to a future retreat.

 

3. Participant Responsibility and Liability Waiver

  •  By attending this retreat, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own well-being, safety, health, and personal belongings.
  •  You voluntarily waive and release High on Love Retreat and its facilitators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during or after the retreat.
  •  This waiver includes, but is not limited to, injuries or losses caused by: physical activities, travel risks, environmental conditions, other participants, theft, accidents, emotional or psychological processes, or acts of God.

 

4. Property Damage and Theft

  •  You are responsible for any damage you cause to the retreat venue, property, or equipment.
  •  We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the retreat. Please take necessary precautions with your belongings. 

 

5. Right of Admission

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any participant at our sole discretion, without refund, if we believe your presence compromises the safety, comfort, or experience of the group. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to:

 

  •  Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
  •  Aggression or hostility
  •  Harassment of any kind
  •  Violation of consent
  •  Inappropriate sexual advances
  •  Possession or use of illegal substances
  •  Being under the influence in a disruptive or dangerous manner
  •  Any other behavior deemed harmful to the retreat or its participants

 

6. Conduct Agreement & Guidelines

By attending, you agree to uphold a respectful and safe environment for all. This includes:

 

  •  Honoring all retreat guidelines and facilitator instructions
  •  Respecting the emotional, physical, and energetic boundaries of others
  •  Abstaining from harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
  •  Not engaging in non-consensual touch, harassment, or unsafe practices
  •  Avoiding any actions that could cause physical or emotional harm to others or yourself

 

Any violation of these agreements may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund or reimbursement of any kind.

 

7. Health, Fitness, and Medical Disclaimer

  •  You confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in the retreat.
  •  You understand that retreat activities may include physical movement, energy work, meditation, breathwork, emotional release, physical touch, or deep inner work, and you participate voluntarily. All offerings during the retreat are optional. 
  •  It is your responsibility to consult with a doctor before participating, especially if you have any physical or mental health concerns.
  •  In case of a medical emergency, you give permission for the retreat team to seek medical assistance on your behalf and understand that you are responsible for any associated costs.

 

8. Media Consent

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you grant permission for photos, videos, or recordings taken during the retreat to be used for promotional and marketing purposes. You may request not to be photographed or filmed, and we will honor that to the best of our ability.

 

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, travel restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or acts of terrorism. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

 

10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By submitting your registration and attending the retreat, you:

  •  Confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  •  Release High on Love Retreat, its facilitators, team, and any affiliated partners from all liability.
  •  Agree to honor the retreat guidelines and uphold the integrity of the experience for yourself and others.
